• Location: Noida Hybrid model
• 10-12 Years of experience in software Automation & Manual testing
• Test planning test strategy, test Development and team management
• Client facing role hence expected to be good in communication and articulation
• Developing solutions and organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
• Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
• Managing projects and programs
• Understanding of one tool like Tosca/UFT is a must 
• Should be having an aggressive attitude and passion for growth 
• Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
• Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
• Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes

Soft skills 

• Should be having an aggressive attitude and passion for growth 
• Should be able to rally along people and ensure their deliverables 
• Should have acumen to hire, retain and train people 

Desirable

• Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
• Testing experience in CRM and Oracle
• Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
• Should be open to travel India and abroad
